    Trend Control Systems SET Problem

Hello. Im having following problem. I cant edit Time Schedules in live edit. I have WIN10 and tried with SET versions 7.30, 7.50 and 7.51. Controller firmware does not effect. Here you can see the difference between Live edited Schedule and web page. If ON period reaches 24:00 it will write ON all day. Otherwise it will be OFF all day. Anyone else having these problems? Donwloading whole program will fix it. Controllers are IQ4 Series

Nope. We haven't had any calls or reports of this either.

Just messed around with SET v7.5 on Win10 & IQ4 v3.7 & 4.2, seems to work as expected.

Just to confirm. Did you try to change time schedule values in -Live edit-. Thats when this problem occurs.

Yep. Downloaded a blank schedule, went live and added / deleted times a few times checking against the web pages. Worked as expected at least with the two IQ4 firmware versions I tested it on.

Okay. Can you tell me your WIN10 version. I have WIN10 Pro Versio:10.0.18362. We think it might be problem with WIN10 or SET installation. Here is picture of my TcSupport file.Name: TcSupport.jpg

    Win10 Pro Version 1803 OS Build 17134.1040

Somewhat doubt its something between win & SET that is at fault, but who knows.

Don't normally look at schedules much via text comms, but I would sniff around the comms window while making changes and compare that output to that of a working site.

Here is the comms on a working live edit schedule change. Added 19:15 to 24:00 on Sunday, not that matters as its sending the whole schedule down from the looks of it.

Some of those messages are cut off so I can't tell exactly what SET is telling that controller.

I didn't test this with users setup, which looks like you do have them enabled. Doubt that has anything to do with this. Controller is happy with your PIN at least. Your user > level 70? Seem to remember schedules require something like that or higher for changes.

I'm not an encyclopedia on all the parameters in the schedule block and there are a billion of them, however to decipher some of that...

W1, W2, Wx are the weekdays

W1(),W2() should be blank days. Forget if Sun or Mon is weekday 1.

    W3(P1(T=11:30,V=1)
    Weekday 3 period 1 = 11:30 value = On

    P2(T=18:20,V=
    Weekday 3 period 2 = 18:20 guessing value = Off

So that's basically one ON/OFF time period on weekday #3.

With that and looking at what SET is sending down to the controller, you should be able to figure out if SET is sending it correctly or not. If SET is, would suspect some bug in that specific controller firmware.

Or just get a full tracker capture, and the screen shots you have here and send it to support.

These are the messages you want to look at, the rest is background noise.

Here another screen capture. I tried with and without user setup. I have tried multiple SET version and firmware version combinations.
    Common factor is WIN10.
    WIN10 is Version 1903 build 18362.418

That would be difficult since you not don't to have PM rights yet.
