    Thermocouple switch box(open/close) part name

Have a defective thermocouple relay switch box and I'm unaware the name or part number. It had an input for a standard thermocouple with two wire connections for the open close switch. When sensing a flame it closes and when not sensing it opens. It merely runs the 24v to the gas valve through the switch to ensure it's lit before cycling the boiler on. Had two pilots and two thermocouples. Someone know what that is please?

As Cajan said Baso switch, You sure the thermocouple is good and pilot burnin good? I would guess you can expect to pay big $$$ today for one of them. Sort of like buying a fan/limit switch if you need one.
