    Current transformer

    Can we measured 3amps by CT which have primary 30 A and secondary 5A?

    If you use a A/D converter and a processor, you can infer the true current from nearly any measured current. I think you are trying to do a direct measurement, and I am not sure if that is possible using that CT. The tech people at a place like Digi-Key or Jameco could probably help you with more accuracy.
