Beautiful Work!! What is this Building Application, ie., Resi, or Commercial, and Purpose? Appears it may have a Loading Dock?

So it's an old car shop I believe that has been a church for a few years now, these two rooms are for Sunday school and other classes or uses I imagine

As a 12th year apprentice I can’t come close to that quality of metal work.
My best bet is draw it and send it to the metal shop I use. I just put the drives and c on.
