Package AC unit not that cold

I am working on a Carrier Unit
    Model 50PG-C14-D-50--P
    R-410A
I have running pressures of 125/400 stage 1 comp
    Running amps - 18
Both Condensor fans are running, coils washed/cleaned
filters aren't dirty, evap are fairly clean, belt is still good.
supply temp out of the unit is 69F (lowest it will go)

Not sure what is the problem, help please!
    Thank you

Great supply temp if your return is 89

So 1 of 2 comps running, what IS your return?

What's outdoor temp? 400 is high unless really hot out. Coil need splitting?

If you're a maintenance guy and not an HVAC technician, you're going to need to call somebody in on this, because we can't walk you through all the diagnostics in the open forums.

    They use thermostatic expansion valves.

The unit is designed to appear to be a poor man's Lennox L Series, like the Predator is in the York line.

Carrier has made this unit sufficiently different from their other style machines... for no apparent good reason...and it's like walking up to a unit you've never seen before and having to figure out how this particular style was designed. It is especially frustrating if you're a technician who has never used their scrolling Marquee system which is used on many of the Centurion units.

Well, if you have the marquee displays, I would read up on the abbreviations used.

I do have one Carrier chiller with the digital display. I'll have to take a closer look at it. Thanks.

Intertwined indoor coil or split in half? what does the temp split show with both circuits on? A little more numbers and temps would get more help.
