Done. To multiple guys too. Either it went in one ear and out the other or they knew it was an issue and blamed me for doing something wrong.

That's gotta be frustrating. Have your issues been warranted?

They made it clear what was happening to my backpack could not physically happen and that I was the only one having the failure.
That was February 2015 and I had two failures already. Can't remember when the backpack came out. The third came in and it was put together worse than the others. Called them and the couldn't care less. Between emails and phone calls with the head guy and other employees it was clear they were not going to keep sending me new backpacks since I was the only one with the issue.
If they fixed the issue I'd consider getting another. The rest of the pac is fine.

I really don't use a back pack, but if I did, after hearing of your experience, it wouldn't be theirs. I haven't gotten around to buying the Tech LC yet, but still plan to.

Just bought the Tech LC from Amazon. As per Veto's Warranty policy, the only listed authorized (Amazon) dealers are Amazon third party sellers:

    Coastal Tools
    Ralph's Electronics
    Acme Tools.

There's also a listing of bogus dealers selling counterfeits. I'm sure the list is updated, so if you buy from anyone other than Veto, be sure to check the list or call Veto support for verification that they're authorized.

Given the posters who have mentioned warranty problems, best to dot the i's and cross the t's.

    I ordered from Ralph's.

If you were a real tech, you'd solder a relay on that board and call it good to go.

I do a triple evac with nitro to remove non condensables.

I use 56% silver on everything except steel.

Did you really need the " If you were a real tech " ??

It's a problem. If you cross the 'i', it becomes a 'T'. Warranty doesn't cover Tee Tee.
