Nice! Did they hang it so they could redo the concrete underneath?
If I do a job in 30 minutes it's because I spent 30 years learning how to do that in 30 minutes. You owe me for the years, not the minutes.

I guess that's one way to get the flower bed paved without moving the unit. Nice that the service disconnect is inaccessible.

I had a similar situation not too long ago, they had to replace the underground water line going to the pitless connection on the well casing, and the line happened to run right under my condenser:

After looking at your photo I just gotta ask... do you use a level when you install equipment?

I have this image in my mind of your boss calling you up, “hey Aircon, the customer says the unit you installed is tilted”

Followed by you telling him, “Ain’t no way boss, that thing is as straight as an arrow! Didn’t even need to use a level! I got calibrated laser eyes in this head, need proof? I’ll send you a picture, you’ll see their crazy...”

Not sure if you were taking to me or to OP, since you didn't include a quote. But in my case, the ground is on a slope and the condensers were re-leveled after the dirt work was done.

Not you, I was just amused at the camera tilted 45 degrees when the picture was taken.

It was all tongue in cheek, no offense to you was intended. sorry if it came across differently than that.

I thought the wall was tilted and the shaker was level

I installed a mini split head one time on a wall w/plaid wallpaper, which wasn't straight. just tilted the unit a little to split the difference (was tilted to drain end) and not look too crooked.
