    good pressures and super heat but will not cool

    i have this fixed orfice heat pump. all my pressures are great. my super heat is on target, but the damn thing isnt cooling that well. its got me stumped, mit really makes no since

    Can someone please explain to me -

    That's where tools like the fieldpiece charge and air flow probes come in handy. Look up blower performance and BTU output of the unit,measure air flow and change in enthalpy and you know exactly what it's putting out vs what it is rated for.

    Start with model and serial numbers, orifice type, then blower speed and static pressure, and refrigerant pressures with superheat and sub cool.

    WELL WELL Terry, you are 100% right. lol. it was just so damn hot that day. it was like 101 outside and that attic was weldong worthy. , but anyway
    the next morning i went back and it was chilling like a villan,
