Ardco glass door torque rods

I'm trying to order a torque rod and I can't even find a part # on the door itself. Checked everywhere. I did find a model and serial # on the frame. JSK-4. The gal from Heritage parts is looking into it, but says she really needs a # from the door itself. I looked everywhere, top, bottom, inside, outside. Can anyone help me?
