Most reliable Schrader valve cores for r410a high side...

Different colors, different brands.... Yet many people complain that they experience leaks after installing aftermarket valve cores on 410a systems, particularly the high side.

Is there a brand or specific model number that would limit call backs?

Valve cores are not the seal. The caps are the seal. Get better brass caps and make sure they are put back on every time.

Valve cores have differrent pressure ratings, It's not a one size fits all applications. It's been my experience the color of the seal notes the pressure range you just need to look it up. The valve core I stock are light blue is OK for up to 1000 psi. If it's the first time I've looked a unit and I need to remove the charge I replace the valve core .Again just my opinion the cap is not the seal, but whenever I come across a machine with plastic caps I install a brass cap, oh sorry I mean I install a tamper-resistan cap which all that I have seen are metal with a seal. Since I have started doing this I had had no call backs due to leaking valve cores and/or caps. I do believe in the belt and suspenders thinking in many things

I need to purchase some cores, the options are:

    1. cheap ones from a all in one repair kit from Amazon, these have transparent seal
    2. high pressure cores with blue teflon seal
    3. High Pressure/High Heat - Blue Viton
    4. High Pressure/High Heat - Brown Viton
    5. High Pressure/High Heat - Green Buna
    6. High Pressure/High Heat - White Nitrile

    which one for R410A ?

    here some reference table:

so these teflon seal schraders are likely to fail on R410A despite being advertised for R410A...
