    Trane Protocol interface Controller (PIC)

    Good evening chiller guru's

I have recently installed a PIC on a Trane RTHC chiller of which after reading the PIC installation guide it appears I required the PIC service tool to finalize my recent works.

After searching high and low for this software without success, I am therefore reaching out to someone on this forum whom maybe able to assist me with this issue I have.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

More vague is not the way to go. What software? What interface? Part numbers? Names? Pictures? Something?

What is a PIC? I have never heard of it except PIC controls on Carrier. But not on Trane.

i believe you will need a Trane BAS technician to come out and program that for you.

Thanks gents for your response I have been privileged to be given this software from a chiller technician not a bas controls technician of which back in my days a Trane I had the opportunity of accessing this software without involving the controls department.

If you are in need at a later stage you know whom to contact

    Thanks again

I have the software, just don't know crap about programming MODBUS, so I leave it to the Controls Weinies. I'd advise the same.
