So this restaurant had this machine about 4 years , and is complaining it makes ice a few days then turns into a ice berg.
Theyve never cleaned it , and the ice tray has white build up on the entire back wall of the nickel plating , Like where the push rod comes thru
I ran nu calgon nickle safe at 50 percent mix , ran in wash mode 2 hours , and it didnt do squat

Have heard of someone using full strength nickel safe, and electric tooth brush with success ( maybe someone on here). Of course cya in this situation does iom still use the harvest assist ( hate that). If they removed covers well known sandwich place and pizza chains would be shut down.
