    Most of my customers do not realize I am near the age I am...
    And a few of them would probably worry if they knew...

    IMO one more thing to add to the recipe of staying young when the years pile up:

    Good diet!

    Each of us has to work that one out...
    However good diet, exercise, adequate rest... and of course physical work...

    And we will last a lot longer than we thought!
