What is the functional difference between Mineral Oil and POE Oil ?

Why is Mineral Oil contra-indicated with an R-404 compressor?

Why is POE Oil contra-indicated with a R-22 compressor?

Why is a blend of Mineral and POE contra-indicated?

Making short cuts to charge a client less when you can do the job right charge the client more but give him a quality product that would last him years over the short cuts . I don't care about literature of "experts " in the field I follow manufacturer's specifications .
