Interesting on the ERV, you have any monitoring on it? Is it a wheel or just air to air?

    Great looking metal work.
Two reasons. Helps give the air coming off the blower more of a chance to straighten out. I’ve found by installing these on my last few jobs that the static pressure lowers. Second it gives a great spot to put your static pressure probe!

Not sure what you mean by wheel or air to air. It has a blower in it and an energy core. Control by percentage timer.

Do you have any numbers on the reduction in static pressure?
Use the biggest hammer you like, pounding a square peg into a round hole does not equal a proper fit.

Clean look. Love it. What are you using to control the Ultra-Aire?

Ultra Aire 70h is ducted into system, has supply backdraft damper and tee fitting with damper. This allows me to put some dehumidifier air into the basement until I finish it with supply and returns. Also have Renew Aire EV130 installed for fresh air ventilation. Very comfortable so far!
