    Supco 88?

    This stuff showed up in my shop thanks Aircold. Used for stuck TXVs? Check valves? Noisy compressors? Cleaning parts on semi hermetics?

    Can you say Kerosene? I'm unsure what lubricant is in it. Part of my Job used to be Research Patents... And MSDS for Info. I think it's Marvel Mystery Oil or Automatic Trans Fluid.

    What have you used it for? Will you stick a check valve? Or help with a TXV?

    Any time I get into a 134a cap tube system, I add a bit of 88. I think it helps keep wax flowing with the hopes that it ends up in the F/D.....

    I put some in my lawnmower that was smoking a lot. Now it is actually not burning as much oil.
