Funny cuz I have it mounted abuv thereturn in the bathroom
I always like to mount thermostats in the kitchen area, because that's the warmest area of the home. Maybe if you enlarge the bathroom return the nest might work better, the ones I've seen work better in more humid areas.

That’s why I want the humidifier to run the humidifier. Butt it’s not running right
