Pellet Grill break in
To begin, anyone reading this who has, is, or will serve our country, thank you. You don’t get near the recognition you deserve.
Now, to celebrate the occasion I’m breaking in the Camp Chef pellet grill I brought home on Friday. Decided on smoked 4 cheese Mac and cheese with 3-2-1 baby back ribs.
Both turned out great, but my timing was just a little off on the pasta. I prepped a tad too early.
The ribs also needed a tad more spice.
But not a bad outcome for the first time out.

Today’s pellet grill menu-
Pulled pork shoulder (went on the grill at 6:30 this morning), marinated reverse seared London broil (marinating as we speak), crisply chicken drumsticks (buffalo and bbq), smoked sweet potatoes, and cast iron skillet baked beans.
