Mudbugs

Albertsons grocery has started carrying frozen cray fish.
Where I live crayfish aren't commonly used so finding them can be a challenge.
Wife and I cooked up an etouffee that was as good as any I've had. So if any of y'all have a craving for some mudbugs, and
there is an Albertsons near by, chomp down.

Walmart sells packaged, shelled, frozen tails by me. I like to mix them in, along with scallops, with linguine noodles and mom's recipe for al ajillo sauce. Blasphemous but damn good.

There are mudbugs at a beach here on the Rio Grande. I could go pick some if I could stay awake and not get busted by PETA.
I remember like 2sac said about Walmart's. I did buy a bag for some party some years ago. A bit too many for me though. Seems it was near 5 pounds or more.
