    I have seen that, but at the SUPPLY in the breaker box, there was a PROPER amperage circuit breaker.
    Is that OK???

    Looks like a non fused disconnect and fine AFAIK if the breaker is the right size. The jumper on the low voltage fuse terminals is another story.
