Pizza delivery guy better stick with driving

So Im in a pizza place repairing a leak under the 3 bay sink , and Im done , I just need someone to turn the water line back on , and this delivery guy happens to be standing close to the main valve

Im like , hey man , I got this water leak repaired , think you can you reach down and turn the water back on for me ?

He's like , Sure no problem ( he takes a couple steps over to the breaker panel ) which breaker is it ?? I think they are all off , should I turn them all back on ? ?

I pause for a moment .... and Im like , Nope , I just remembered I forgot something , just go back doing whatever you were doing ....
