Boy they talk a lot but don’t say much. Sounds like a glorified dob timer. Reminds me of the guy that ordered the penis enlarger from amazon and received a magnifying glass.
Honeywell you can buy better but you cant pay more

I told my wife when i die to sell my fishing stuff for what its worth not what i told her i paid for it

I left Grainger 18 months ago LOL. I'm still in the parts business though, selling controls and whatnot.

That being said, that looks like a well that you would insert the temp control bulb into. Possibly some type of glycol or gel filling to imitate product temp rather than air temp. My first response is sensing coil temp vs air temp already solves the short cycling issue they talked about in the video. Secondly, ACI has a 10k type 2 thermistor in a glycol bottle. It's current usage is to prevent false alarms, caused by defrost and doors, on alarm monitoring systems. Maybe one day it will make its way into the actual temp control market and not monitoring market. I say etemp is snake oil. Especially at Graingers $1200 price point.

Well then time flies hope you are always moving forward.

I see two different etemps available one for 1200 and also 216.00.

Yes agree on coil stat and be done with it.

Was curious on feed back and if anyone has any insight to this product

    Thanks 2aac

Looked like a freeze up waiting to happen. Over priced at 10 bucks.
