Just a warning against relying on a trade qualifier who doesn’t have plenty of money at risk in the business.
No matter how well you think a contract has been constructed, if that person decides to pull out or renegotiate you are at their mercy.
It isn’t a good position to be in!
It's an upside down world we live in.
