Anybody replace the piece at top of evaporator that holds the water curtain? Somebody
broke the holes that hold the water curtain. Is it hard to get off or does it even come off?
Going to try in the morning.

I’m assuming you have a Q or S model since the I model curtain hanger is pretty self explanatory. On the Q or S model you need to pick out the little white plugs on the upper Evap plate. Then unscrew the nuts under the caps and pry up the plate. The new plate comes with caps and silicone. And instructions I think.

Thanks . I never knew it had nuts under those circles. I always wondered what I would do if I broke that piece getting the water curtain off. Thank god I didn't brake this one.
