    Depends on many things:
    *Am I busy...
*Do I want to do the work (some jobs are just difficult and heavy/stressful work)...
*Do they have a history of paying promptly...

I suspect I would engage a little conversation with the customer... get a feel for whether there was good vibes with them...
Now if it felt like they had an attitude...
Then the answer would probably be no!

GA's basic rules of home heating and AC upgrades:
*Installation is more important than the brand of equipment
*The duct system keeps the house comfortable; the equipment only heats and cools (and dehumidifies)
*Cheap is not good, good is not cheap; however expensive is not a guarantee of quality!

If this customer gave you office buildings to work on and they were total screwed up and you worked on them straighten them up then they found someone else. Screwed them back up now looking to get them straight again. Had several customers like that.

I have never heard anyone say this but it makes sense to me.
