    pizza oven problem please help

    HI!

I have a bakers pride pizza oven with the following problem

The pilot goes out after 10 minute of operation
I replaced the safety valve , thermostat and the thermocouple still having the same problem
the safety valve was the old mercury one has been replaced with Robert Shawn ts11 valve the thermocouple is the heavy duty kind for pizza ovens
What can be the problem when I lighted the pilot stays on turn thermostat to desired temperature usually 550 after ten minute or so the oven is off including the pilot what do you guys suggest me to check or replace again
    Thanks for your help

    Something has changed.

I can't tell you how to fix your oven due to our site rules but usually when a TS-11 drops out the pilot goes out and cools the Tcouple.

This said... what could cause the pilot light to go out? Your pilot flame is lifting away from the Tcouple as it looses it's secondary air around the burners.

Call your local guy, he will know the difference in positive and negative air.

    Where are you Gio ?

Does the pilot flame wrap all the way around the thermocouple?

Have you set the new thermostat's bypass correctly? Main flame might be going out, then coming back on with a poof.
