    Dont work very well that way. Not sure how it made it 2years? It is on a heating coil. It would only be blowing by when there is a call for heat and being at a hospital it is cooling 90% of the year.

    Not familiar with those.
    I guess the bolts are supposed to be aimed DOWN so it is inconvenient to work on it...!

    the face is supposed to vertical. there is a float inside. the way it's installed, the float orifice is always open, allowing steam to blow right through all the time.
