my partner in our business just passed his kentucky masters exam and noticed one question was about if you had a felony or misdemeanor. Does anyone know what would keep someone from getting kentucky license if this applies to them.he's been in the business for over 30 years and it is a none violent and theft felony it was control subscription a class D?
