EasyIO OEM controller move from RS485 toIP?

I am servicing a site that has several SCU units with OEM installed EASYIO FG32 controllers tied into the mstp bus with a numbered of Distech ECB VAV. Ive got an existing IP bus that runs throughout the mechanical rooms and Id like to see if its possible to to change the device to an IP controller, do I just needed to change IP address and devices ID?
    Thanks

These units have an android tablet talking to a Hotspot plugged into the ethernet port.
Can I change the IP address from the tablet? One of the user guides I found online says I need the Sedona tools to change the IP?
