    Gilbert, AZ is a rather small 'area'; likely no problems with traffic or congestion. Probably doesn't take long to get any where. Cost of living is probably low.
    If you were a real tech, you'd solder a relay on that board and call it good to go.

    I do a triple evac with nitro to remove non condensables.

    They need to be making A LOT on parts to make up for such a low labor rate and no trip charge. These days with PTown, Heriatge, Amazon and Walmart it’s hard to mark prices up very much at all.

    We have a competitor in our area that follows a very similar business model. Their service department basically aims to break even. They make their real money designing/setting up kitchens and selling equipment.
