I will start by saying I am a licensed well experienced service technician with 15 years doing commercial refrigeration. I haven't done residential in many
years and I am somewhat unfamiliar with mini split systems. I am in the middle of adding an addition on my house and have a couple questions about
the install of ceiling cassettes. My first question is this, my ceiling is not level and has about a 2/12 pitch (Arizona) I am curious about how critical this is.
As I understand these cassettes are fitted with a pump for condensate. My second question is can you add branch ducts to these cassettes. I am only
cooling/ heating 630sq feet and really only need two cassettes but I need cooling in a bathroom and don't want to add a third cassette. I appreciate any
help you all could give me. Thanks
