    Certifications for R290

Gentlemen, my employer is wanting to know about being certified for propane. Is there any requirements other than an epa card needed to be able to service units with r290?

We watched some videos from True.

We were then certified to work on their R290 equipment.

Guessing who’s asking their was a certificate for 410a but you weren’t required to have it. I’m guessing 290 is the same boat been using it for years in cascade and nobody even blinked.
Honeywell you can buy better but you cant pay more

I told my wife when i die to sell my fishing stuff for what its worth not what i told her i paid for it

RSES has a "certification" test to go with their training book, which is a pamphlet. I read the book once, took the test and passed. Certificate downloaded. Very common-sense, but I wouldn't want a tech trying to do it without knowing that they understand the material.
