Jackson Crew 44 Drive Assembly Motor Removal

I'm going to be changing the motor for the drive assembly. The motor isn't shown in the diagram, but I believe you can tell where it's mounted. The motor shaft is connected to the gear drive assembly (#3). I'm sure I'll need to remove the gear drive assembly in order to remove the motor, but I have no idea how the motor is coupled to the assembly. I'm sure I can figure it out once I remove the components, but I was hoping someone who has removed the motor can provide some guidance. Thanks.

Looks like the gear drive assy has a key way shaft insert. I’m thinking the motor shaft slides right in and they bolt together? Not sure, never worked on one myself.

Best guess is a lovejoy coupler like Hobart.

I've never worked on one either.

Looks like you'd just need to remove four bolts and slide the motor out of the gear box (#3 in your diagram).

Maybe the two threaded holes at 3 and 9 o'clock would be where you'd take two of the four previously removed bolts, insert them in the opposite direction, then use those bolts to press out the motor.
