When all 6 batteries were freshly charged it ran for an hour at home. Everything seemed normal.
I recharged the batteries and stuck it in the truck where it sat for about 10 days before I needed it. When I took it out to check for a leak on a condenser it didn’t act like it’s normal self.

Forgot to mention the batteries popped out twice on me. Going to need something to hold them down.

I picked up one of these locally yesterday for $30.00 Canadian.
No point in reinventing the wheel at that price.
It’s now back to its old self again.

Three 18650 2600 mAh isn't enough runtime. If 6 would only double the runtime I would be disappointed with that too. Looking for a flashlight recommendation for the 18650's

When faced with the choice between changing one's mind, and proving that there is no need to do so, most tend to get busy on the proof.

PHM I mean to start and stop a timer to measure it this go round but got into it without. Felt like maybe 20 mins or less total with some days sitting in between. I'll get a timer going this next cycle.
