    We tried everything even replaced the main board and same error showed up. Ended up bypassing the board when it came to heat mode. Cooling still passes through the board and worked fine.

    Check your contactor(s) coil resistance. Higher resistance will cause a voltage drop back to the board. Board will lock out on 9 flash limit code.

    If I may...you also want to check for your limit switches for a short to ground that shows on your DMM. This allows excess current to flow though the limit circuit, and the effect is the same as a high current contactor coil.

    I have replaced several limits that show less than OL with the wires disconnected.
