    JCI CCT 10.3..

    Hi everyone,

Would anyone happen to be able to share a link for CCT 10.3? I have 10.1, but it won't run on my new laptop. PCT 10.3 runs fine, but PCT 10.1 also won't run.

So do you need PCT or CCT? PCT 10.3 if it runs on your laptop it includes versions 10.2 and 10.1 running in release mode. 10.3 is only for the new IP based controllers. 10.2 would be for everything else running in release mode. CCT and PCT can't reside on the same host machine. Are you running VM's to do this? What is suppose to be coming is CCT 13.0 that will program both FEC and PCG controllers. The packages will be licensed for the brand of controllers your using.

I'm also looking for a copy of CCT 10.3 I bought 4 MS-VMA-1930 controllers not realizing he needed a special tool to configure them. Does anybody know where I can download? If CCT 13.0 works that'd be great also, I just need to get something to configure these units!

Would you mind sharing this with me as well? I tend to use PCT most of the time, but having this version of CCT would definitely be handy. My email is on my profile. Thank you!

You need a license for CCT 13.0, but not CCT 10.3.

For the MS-VMA1930, it depends when you bought them. If they have 8.0 firmware, you will need CCT 13, and the licensed package files.

If they're older and they came with 7.0 firmware, you can use CCT/PCT 10.3 and you don't need a license.

For Facility Explorer customers, please contact your local ABCS.
For Metasys customers, please contact your local branch.
