    I wonder the size of the uncased coil, I can tell it is not 21 inches wide which is the furnace size width. So it is maximum of 17 inches wide or might be only 14 inches.

    With the poor designed filter rack, the evaporator coil could be also clogged.

    You need to have someone do a proper start-up and make sure all parameters are adjusted correctly and static pressure is checked..

    Not saying the job you had done was poor but it was just a chop and drop furnace install, they left the rusted drop and did the minimal work.

    Get that 3M filter outta there and use a $3 pleated and change frequently.
