    I agree, I think yours is broke. Might have something to do with the CMOS battery terminals if you're certain you have a good battery in it because I have the same thermostat at home whenever I've lost power, it restores itself without issue.

    Thanks - I’ll clean contacts - if doesn’t work then will request warranty replacement.
