Any difference in heat output after manifold pressure adjustment from 3.85 to 3.45?

I just adjusted the manifold pressure on my 80% natural gas furnace from 3.85 to 3.45. Will this make any noticeable difference on the heat output of the furnace? If anything I welcome a reduction in BTU's since this furnace is a bit oversized for this side of my house. That is about a 10% reduction which seems significant to me but so far I cannot tell a difference.

    Thanks,
    BB

Do you have a combustion analyser?
Probably not so I wouldn’t be messing with the gas valve.
