    I picture a standard gravity coil on top and bottom fed by the same x-valve. V channel under the upper coil for drainage.

    Ideally you get stalactites of ice forming between the fins and drain if set up really close.

    Just got done working on its baby sister cheese case.
    LP Control was setvat 36 & 10 but that was for cheese.
    Try 33 & 6 for meat.
