Who knows. I don't do conventional loaves any more. Too much work.

If you were a real tech, you'd solder a relay on that board and call it good to go.

I do a triple evac with nitro to remove non condensables.

It seems like most of the time I do a loaf it falls conventional or otherwise. I was reading after this happened today and it said under kneading, over kneading, or rising to long. Also the color is bad but the loaf is done. The buns I make don’t have much color either but at least they don’t fall.

Bro and I used to make cinnamon rolls Christmas morning when we were children growing up. I mean seriously, we were pretty darn young, but we knew how to make cinnamon rolls by the time we entered School.

Talk about not knowing how good you have it when you actually have it.

This morning I was slamming chores, because they said rain from noon till no sun. Came in a bit before noon, and my sweetie went to the gym. She left the TV on. Some Canadian crime drama stuff, I think you call it.

    Egads!

That Canadian produced stuff can be interesting, but what it does is suck you in, then you forget how much you enjoy life; just started making me want to drink. Meaning, had a big ol' ham bone in the freezer saving for soup stock, and I was starting to get depressed.

Yet I love to cook when I have the time. And I'm a happy drunk, meaning, I don't drink when I don't feel good or happy. Took a bit to figure out what was going on. Switched the channel, and put on some jumpy music. Now I feel better. So now I can enjoy a beer . . . LOL
