    In the residential service world they are on their own after a month in many cases. Riding around training for 2 years never happens.

    yea this isnt 1992. Companies dont have the time nor want to add on to overhead to have a guy be a ride along for 5 years. Welcome to 2018.

    The OP is not an owner but a mere worker that was thrown to the wolves and should not be blamed for his situation. Unlike a poster in another thread he is not stating that he should be running industrial and commercial refrigeration calls with no work experience.
    It is also ironic to say the least that he is being ridiculed for the phrasing of his post by others who are capitalizing random words, using here instead of hear, misspelling gibberish and using there instead of their.

    I wonder how your combustion analyzer feels about that. If you used one. What makes you feel as though you don’t need to worry about a lawsuit?
