Trane CH530 controls comm5 communication module

I have a COMM5 communication module, which was originally used on the CGA series machine. I need to change it to the RTH machine. When I am configuring the ROVER software, I can't select the third step. Who knows what the reason is?Click image for larger version.

Even though he needs TechView to bind the comm 5 module on the CH530 end, he still needs Rover to flash the RTH image into the comm 5 module from the BAS end of the card.

I have used TechView to bind comm5 to the device. The comm5 module originally used Rover to load the program of the CGA series machine. Now I want to replace the Comm5 module with Rover and become the RTH, but the change is not successful.

Are you selecting the correct firmware from the Rover firmware database?

Yes, it is selected from the rover, but there are other models in it, so it cannot be reloaded now.
