Year of effected Copeland rust inhibitor

So at one of our account another company is working on this York unit. They replaced 2 compressors under warranty. But now saying both txvs are clogged. Will need to replace both txvs but not under warranty. So I have to go out there and see for myself. But Im thinking 2 txvs restricted. Hmmm I think they have that rust inhibitor problem causing the txvs to stick. Im planning to walk with some a/c renew just in case. Just throwing it out there maybe one of you guys who work on York commercial units. Have you seen the issue with their units? Name: 0BE2F1CF-B28F-4DAA-AFEC-2FCADFBD39A2.jpg

I think only residential units were affected.

Rare for that size unit to be affected, but the AC Renew won't hurt anything.

I wouldnt add anything without verifying if other contractor knew what happened first, the chicken or the egg. Ether txvs were faulty but overlooked and took out compressors or compressor replacement was sloppy. Driers replaced? Good work practices to keep crap out of copper? Proper vacuum?
