    I am the inspector. Yes. It was in my jurisdiction. I didn't wait to call Gas Co. and shut it off myself. UGGGHHHH !

    Between the ventless appliance and the swimming pool in the basement, the humidity must be at 100% in the house...

    So Vince, you shut it down, but what happens next? Walk us thru the process, because I'd bet anything that will be hooked back up shortly.
    If I do a job in 30 minutes it's because I spent 30 years learning how to do that in 30 minutes. You owe me for the years, not the minutes.

    we dug up one a week ago run out of that 3/8-1/2 inch tubing for sprinkle systems.(good thing it was leaking!
    I told the owner /contractor--house flipper, that there was no way I could walk away from that after seeing it. I would hold myself liable as well as a court of law.
    remember, with electronics; when its brown,its cooking and when its black, its done!!!

    Had gas Co. lock out meter. Will not be turned back on until permitted and inspected. Which obviously will not pass inspection. Licensed mechanical contractor required.
