    Question problem in TechView Software Download from trane site

    when i tray to download the techview this massage come

    Server Error

    404 - File or directory not found.
    The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

    .............can any one help

    Are you clicking on the link they send you? You have to supply your contact info and they send you an email with a download link, are you doing this?

    You may have to contact your local Trane sales office, I had many issues similar to what you are experiencing. I could get the TechView download but not the service pack. Spent much time with Trane support, even had them remote in to my pc and they eventually just had my local sales staff put it on a thumb drive.

    I succeed to download techview 14 and SP 12 just ask if you need them.

    Funny that I stumbled across this thread.... I had the same problem. I was told that the system was down. Try this.. Google "Tracer Techview ch530 global download". That will get you the form to fill out, but it's for Latin America... Should work though???? maybe
