    Rack manuals/info

Do any of you guys have rack manuals or any related material on them? Any info on this particular rack would be great because it is the one I'm working with currently but info on ANY Is greatly appreciated..***Hill Phoenix
Model# Ps525sMrad***I have a good understanding of the refrigeration cycle and the main components of it (compressor, condenser, metering device, and evaporator). I'm now trying to really dive in on all the different valves in a rack system and ESPICIALLY get a true understanding of the pressures in the system... for example, if I put my gauges on the suction header and it reads 50 psig, how do I figure out if that's the correct pressure? This is the kind of knowledge im still lacking. Thanks for any help in advance fellas I'm looking forward to hearing from u guys..

Does this rack have a controller? Check the suction setpoint and use a gauge to verify transducer.
This is one of the best manuals out there in my opinion

Generally rack suction should be low enough to facilitate the coldest case. For example, a R404a rack has multiple cases and the coldest one needs to be -10. The suction pressure at the suction header should be very close to 24Psig. This is an easy way to isolate rack, OR case problems most of the time and allow you to do less running around. Neumonic posted a very good link for a rack manual.
