    Lennox RSBUS

Anyone have any technical information on Lennox RSBUS communication protocol? I am a software developer looking to monitor my HVAC system for errors. I found a patent on it but that's about it. I'm thinking it might be easier to use a camera to read the display.

I'd be very surprised if this was not treated as top secret proprietary information.

I agree given the lack of resources available on google. That being said almost anything can be reverse engineered. With the easily available arduino's and raspberry pi's I was hoping someone had already done it so I wouldn't have to. If I can find a cheap communicating IComfort thermostat I'll take it on. But so far they seem to be $100.00+.
