I was not the performance artist, merely in the unwilling audience. With that said, I can confirm that a "blue angel" is doable through jeans. Dangling bits were protected, image was burned in to memory.

The flame I witnessed was nowhere near as extravagant as was in the video so I'm inclined to think it is definitely not real.

Still amusing, tho.
