Hoshizaki 450MAH shutting down during freeze cycle with no alarms.

I have a 2001 Hoshizaki 450 MAH that has started shutting down in the middle of the freeze cycle. Then after a minute or 2 it starts back up, goes thru its fill, then harvest and into its freeze cycle. About a minute after the fan comes on, the unit just shuts down. No lights on the board, no trouble beeps, nothing. Can anyone help?

If it completely drops out I would clean the condenser. Maybe high pressure switch is opening.

Thanks mofotech and everyone else who chimed in to help. This morning I cleaned the hell out of the condenser coils. After making a mess of my porter's floors, i plugged her back in and be hold she is cycling through with no problem and producing ice. I will have my apprentice keep an eye on her over the weekend and start on the other (3) 17 year olds. Thanks again.

I never did like that reverse air direction on the Hoshizaki
Actually I still service a old R22 Scotsman with the same thing.

Poor feller's got it rough. Cleaning it messed up their floors...and he still has 51 years (3x17) worth of more messes to make.

    My sympathies...
